Why isn’t my access key working?
There could be a couple of reasons, please visit our membership team during staffed hours, and they will be able to assist you with being able to reactivate your access key.
How do I replace my access key?
Please visit your home club, and they will assist you with a key replacement. $30 fee applies.
Can I refer a friend?

How many speciality classes can I do?
3 per week or 6 per fortnight.
If I have a failed payment will my access key stop working straight away?
Yes, after 1 failed payment your access key will not work until payment is cleared.
Do I have access to the Bunker if I join One Playground?
No, The Bunker is an additional charge on your weekly membership fee. To upgrade to The Bunker please email train@thebunkergym.com.au
