App Not Working (Android)

Applies to: Samsung, OPPO, Pixel, Huawei, and other Android phones

Troubleshooting steps:

1. Force stop and reopen the app.

   • Go to Settings → Apps → URRY → Force Stop

2. Clear app cache.

   • Settings → Apps → URRY → Storage → Clear Cache

3. Update URRY.

   • Google Play Store → Search “URRY” → Tap Update

4. Check your network connection.

   • Test another app or try mobile data vs Wi-Fi

5. Reboot your phone.
