App Won't Load (iOS)

Applies to: iPhone, iPad
Symptoms: App stuck on loading screen, crashes, or won’t open

Quick Fixes:

  1. Force close and reopen the URRY app.

    • Swipe up from the bottom → Find URRY → Swipe it away → Reopen

  2. Check your internet connection.

    • Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data

  3. Update the app.

    • Open the App Store → Search “URRY” → Tap Update

  4. Restart your device.

  5. Reinstall the app.

    • Hold the app icon → Tap “Remove App” → Reinstall from the App Store
