Understanding Our Dispensing Process and Operating Hours

At Dispensed, we are committed to providing you with prompt and efficient service while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards. To help you better understand how your medications are dispensed and the schedule we operate within, here’s an overview of our dispensing process and hours of operation.

Dispensing Process

Once your prescription has been clinically approved and payment has been received, your order moves into the dispensing phase. During this phase, our licensed pharmacy team meticulously prepares your medications, ensuring that each item is accurately selected, correctly dosed, and securely packaged for shipment.

Our pharmacy team conducts quality checks at multiple points to guarantee that the medications dispatched meet the high standards expected in pharmaceutical care. After final confirmation, your order is handed over for dispatch to your specified delivery address.

Dispensing Hours

Our dispensing team operates Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays. This schedule ensures that qualified staff are available to process and prepare your medications during standard business hours.

Please be aware of the following regarding order processing and dispatch:

  • Orders placed after 12 pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.
  • No dispatches are made on weekends or public holidays.

What This Means for You

To avoid delays, it is best to place orders well before the cut-off time on Fridays. If you submit an order late on a Friday, rest assured it will be the first priority when dispensing resumes on Monday morning.

Understanding our dispensing schedule can help you plan your treatment and delivery timings more effectively.
